I run a heads up class ,stock suspension ,4150 carb,I just puchased a 588 short deck bbc ,13.5 comp roller nitrous cam, afr 357 alumnum heads,motor did not include a intake manifold ,my question is witch intake to purchase,for best performace out of box .motor will run on 250 hp plate nos kit in a 3200 lb car ,3 speed auto trans ,4500 stall ,3.90 gear ,26-8.5-15 tire, will be running 1/8 mile most of time,thanks for any info.

26-8.5-15 no traction no action put anything on there more trailer trash

do you have to run a 4150 intake or carb? id personally go with a 4500.

I have to use a 4150 carb,was told to use a 4500 intake and adapt it down for best proformace? I am having pro systems build a carb for engine combo.The class low et is 5.85 @118 with a g-body and 505 bbc ,plate nos system.

This might be a contender for the new RFD - Eddy short deck intake comming out soon. You may want to think about that, or call Curtis and see what he says.

i would think the new eddy intake or a super vic. with the dom. flange and spacer to run a 4150 would be best.
