i have a bad pop on spray.bullet tells me they want 280-320 on the seat.this morning i checked the springs and found 210-230 would this cause this problem.

Good question, I was having a pop on spray also after tearing down the engine. my engine builder said the valve springs was bad weak with 180 lbs of seat preasure and #3 cylinder had 140 lbs....I run a small solid rolller which calls for 210 lbs seat pressure..

Ummm...........Id change them ASAP LOL.......Popping is a sign of valve spring wear,also power losses at higher rpms
or the car nose diving - also they can break when they get worn they can break and drop shrapnel into your motor--
