I don't have sound on the computer I'm using right now, so I might have missed something, but...with a condo, you own the unit, not the common ground around it. Then there is a monthly fee for upkeep on the building and common space. I could be wrong though. :smt102

Aviation has had those for years for the people that can afford them, Air Parks with a runway and seperate hangers attached to homes that line the runways.

It would be nice if the next logical step here is a dragstrip but then all those well-heeled owners would start complaining about the noise! Dave

Does anyone think this would work on a much lower scale? 20K + monthly dues like a regular house condo , 20' X 40' or just a rental type garage? Any suggestions?
