Not sure if anyone saw this or not. Just a shame. 38 years and only 4 incidents at all. Two fires and one minor accident. Only minor injuries until Sat night. Moved over 50 million people last year alone and no one hurt. Now people are calling it's safety into question. Just a shame and just an accident.
