They build a great carb but it should be designed specifically for your combo for optimum performance...

About the best carb on the market for bracket racing PERIOD!

If your looking to get it i would and then give Randy or Gordy a call at APD and give them the #'s on the side and your combo and they'll tell you where to set it at..

I ran a 6.24 at 110 in the eighth with a bad (1.41) sixty foot (it was on t & t night, unprepped track)

Nope not to big at all!!! as thats what i was running on my old 406 motor combo..And still am running the 1000cfm HP series carb APD built !!!!

I've been running an APD alky carb since 2005 and ran one of thier Gas carbs before that. Awesome stuff, you will not be disapointed.

I have an APD 1050 Alky Dominator and I love it. It runs great and does not milk the oil.

just an update, you guys were right i love this carb car heats up easy, clean oil, and only changed the jets 2 steps for my ap. was at us13 and in 6 passes veried .005 on the foot. but it doesn't like alot of fuel pressure w/ the 150 n&s.

I am running two of John's gas dominator carbs and have never had a problem with either one. Good carbs.

Good carb, and good guy's. I have an APD on my dragster for the last 2 years. This year I stepped up to their lastest and greatest 1250 cfm, and the car picked up 2 tenths, and 5 mph. No BS!

got a 750 on my 13.3-1 406 215 runner love it but its not alky.

i'm 8th in points outa 40 even after missing a week and having fuel pressure issues, been down 2 5-6 car twice and 2 semi's i love apd and i love alky, i would have had the bye into the final sat. if i hadn't screwwed it up by givin it back .008.
