I was looking throught the Jesel catalog today and noticed they have a new low cost tie-bar style lifter all the way to .937" diameter. I have looked up the cost,

but has anyone had any expirience with them and how would you compair them to the top of the line Isky or Morel?

thanks,

Jerid

I have 3 levels of lifters I use which I find acceptable for my engines and have good quality.

For customers who are willing to pay approximately --

700 I use a morel

1200 I use the jesel you are asking about

2000+ the full boogie jesels.

Hopefully that helps answer your question.

You may look at the new Comp lifters with the pinned axles. The machining is not as nice as the Jesels but they are micro polished and any load surface looks fine. They are cheaper than the Jesel solid body tie bars. I have both and don't know which is more durable as of yet. I hope they both last a long time its not fun to buy either set.
