Ultimate Street does not allow forward facing hood scoops so we plugged it up and removed the air pan that was used on the SB2 engine that was in there.

this was a question i heard many times over the weekend, and just laughed every time.

No forward facing scoop allowed in Ultimate Street I think, so they left the plug in??
