Thanks man!It's ground up annatto seeds along with some other spices. It comes in a little brick, and is used as a base in a lot of Mexican dishes. Chorizo, al pastorc, etc.
I blend it up with the juice of 1 lime or orange and a little Olive oil.
You my not be able to get it if you don't have a Mexican grocery store near by, but you can buy it on Amazon as well.
