Believe this is the same pump John Buttera built for indy. Made a run at production but didn't have the bills, Edelbrock picked it up along with belt and gear drives he was making. lasted about 2yrs maybe 3 and Vic pulled the plug. Pink bought up most of it and was even manufacturing pieces,and was using it in his sprint and midget engines.
