Never had a problem with ours. Pretty easy to use as well.

Wireless is great, kind of a waste unless you cange stuff a bunch at the track though. I would get the ones with wires..

How well do you like the PC software, thats the part I like about it, being able to save setups and stuff.

I have had a set for some time now--the kind with wires--I did not see the extra expense of the wireless. They are a great tuning tool.

Got them for 1411 to my door so thought it would be kinda nice without the wires, they will be here tomorrow, cant wait to use em.
