I went 5.22 in qualifying 275 D/R, I'm pretty happy with that.

Damn Don, good numbers! How many car did you guys get in 275? Just confirmed for August 8th at VMP 1000 to win and 400 to runner up from Larry's Custom T's!

That's good news @ VMP!
6 cars showed, every round was wheelies or pedal fests!
Was in every-ones ear about the 25th, hopefully a few will head down with us.

hey don't forget first round killer carb stumbles . i lost to ed thomas with his 5.50'sumtin to my 5.32 . got to love those custom carbs.

Rich, your car has got the power, you seem to have found some of our bad luck! Box that carb up and send it to me, I'll get it sorted out for you
. I am starting to hear a lot of good things about fuel injection, may want to give that a try :-D.

Thanks Don. we're happy with the progress sorting out that suspension was a big deal. i really needed that test shot as i was gunna unleash it all inside the 60ft and see if we had a mid-high 20 in that tuneup. Well that aside anyday you bring it home in one piece is a good day. and please keep your luck over on your side of the track
