What happens to 92 octane (E-10) when heated above the IBP and 5% evaporation after long drives? I know your light-ends would weather off first but what happens to the octane? Will it go up or down?

Probably not much difference but the real answer might relate to the specific components that are used to obtain the octane rating in the first place.
