I'm looking for ET guesses on MOTOR and SPRAY. Went from SBC to BBC, got a little bit of work left. Meanwhile want to see what you guys think it'll go. Thanks in advance

496 BBC, 4 bolt studded mains/short filled
14.1 JE Nitrous pistons (undecided on rings)
6.385" Rods
4.25" crank
Brodix BB2 heads, has Manley nextek springs.
Bullet RECCOMENDED .797/.775 lift (with 1.7 rocker) - 283/298 duration @ .050 - 112 LSA/108 ICL - 4/7 Swap
EndureX roller lifters
Victor 454r intake matched to heads
Carb is going to be a 4150
2-1/4 headers with mufflers

Powerglide with 1.76 gears, 12 bolt with 4:33 gears, 28x9 slicks. 8" converter, will be around 4XXX stall (have to send it off)

3200lb G-body, footbrake - 1/4mi car.

It has a NX Gemini kit, so I plan on spraying 250 shot or so.

EDIT: I wont be using the endure x lifters, read to much bad feedback on them. Also forgot to mention, the car will be ran on E85....any questions at all just ask so I can get a good estimate on what this thing will do.

Yes, something like a 1050 quick fuel 4150 flange. I always heard the 4150 is better for footbrake applications. And my perimeter plate is for a 4150 flange.

Someone has what looks to be cnc'd the intake and heads 1" INCH in. I'll have to mike the ports and see exactly what size they are.

At what weight? The combination at issue will probably make 600-650 on motor and will probably run 9.80s to 10.0s on motor, and with the 250 hit it should run somewhere in the 8.80s, or somewhere close.

At issue (the combination you listed). If the heads are not ported, have them ported, stick a dominator on it, that is set up for nitrous use, and you will have a serious piece.

Ok well what gasket would these need to be ported to? You can give me a felpro number....Im new to the big block and not sure what size to really port these too. There FROM 1998....2.25/1.88 Valves

I would think if everything was right it would go high 8s. I had bb2 s on a pump gas 751 HP 476 and it went consistent 9.3xs in a 3500 lb Malibu with a 63 nitrous jet (150 HP) I messed around at a shitty track foot braking and went 9.36 a couple passes in a row.

Can you tell us a little more about the shock/Chas set up?

i could see an 8:70, and would be damn happy with a 9:20

90/10 competition engineering shocks in front, trick springs. Debating on new rubber control arm bushings or the del a lum ones.

Rear, 50/50 competition engineering shocks on back with trick springs as well. Autofab lower double adj lowers, I'm looking to buy new uppers. '71 gm 12 bolt rear end. Car is a '78 cutlass. Has 10 pt cage. Nothing fancy really.....

Nice set up. Get the del a lum ones i believe they have a grease fitting.
