4 owners; disabling accident in June 1999, Arizona. Odometer error in 2005, went from 16183 to 2542 and back to 20592 within a short period of time in an obvious data entry error, likely from a Jiffy-Lube facility - who report to CarFax and AutoCheck and they're notorious for clerical errors involving miles. This one wasn't even considered a rollback; they know what happened.
I doubt there's more than a handful of 21 year old Vipers in the country that haven't been wrecked, so if it was fixed properly - and apparently it has; all this time later it's still running - I wouldn't worry about it.
