OK here goes.... all of a sudden i have a 500 rpm difference in between what i am programming my footbrake rpm in my digital 7 (program at 4000rpm) and when it is actually happening ( hitting footbrake rev at 3500 rpm). So what gives?

I have changed the dig 7, the coil, checked rotor phasing, checked timing, checked gap on crank trigger sensor,etc.... i am running shileded cable on the sensor.

Could the crank trigger sensor be bad or going bad??

No other problems. i have changed the footbrake rpm either up or down and the problem remians a constant 500 rpm difference.

I am pulling my hair out on this.

i compared the tach to the fast & msd dig 7. spot on

???? i sware this damn car is possessed.

HA now thats funny. I wish i had the balls to do that but i know it is probably affecting my timing also. If i am having these problems at low RPM i would hate to see what is going on at 8500.

I have now noticed that my reluctor keeps moving after i set it to sync to the magnetic pick up.

WTF????
