to keep numbers safe upstairs when pressure just starts to fall off i like to see it at roughly 11.8. it can be a little leaner on the first part of the pass and will usually fatten up with pressure falling off later on in the run. i have even tuned cars not using that much nitrous(150-200hp) to 12.2-12.3 and didnt hurt anything while using it. depends on your engine/fuel and how much nitrous you are using but a rule of thumb i use is to keep it below 12.0. i was using an innovate and a fast a/f wideband the dyno had for backup. depending on whos kit you use as well and what fuel over tiem the sensors will get a little slower from heavy lead in fuels just as a reminder.
