does anyone know what size drag radial will fit stock in a 79 camaro and what sie rim for that and the correct back spacing if anyone can answer that please pm me 79camaro :smt017

FWIW, I put a 8" wheel with 4" BS on my 71 (also on a 78). that car will take a 10" wheel with a 5 1/4 BS but 275's are about as wide as you are going to get under it (with rolling the lip). I had some 295's on my 8" wheel, but with a wider wheel they would not have fit.
