is the shift light wire (yellow) grounded basicly all the time even when box is not powered up???

No. If you have it hooked up to a shifter you will hear the shifter click everytime you turn the ignition on.

Hummmm when i turn the main power on and not turning on bow my shifter sol/relay is on.
and yes the i wont the box to shift, but my sol is on when box bow is not on, cna i have one of the 2 blue wire wire wrong to cause this problom????

What shifter are you using? I have constant 12v to our shifter and the yellow wire supplies the ground. It only clicks when the ignition is turned on and then quickly takes away the ground. The blue wires shouldn't have anything to do with it.

the sol must be powered thin turned off for the shift, im using a relay with the 87a post
to make it work. its grounded with box off

ya and hotter thin chit when playing with the box on labtop, so is that wire grouned all the
time or do i have a problom? if it turns off after u turn the box on what turns it back on?
