Try some new pins and you know, that hardware kit with the anti rattle clips that everyone thinks is the upsell and never buys.

What was the code on the taurus mope.

Pins or ball joints. Another fix is to lift up the body, push out the old GM frame a roll a Ford frame under it, done.

Put the pads in the caliper then with a large set of channel lock pliers squeeze the bent over tabs and the pad. That’s how our old alignment guy did them back in the day.

That will for sure fuck it up. Then it will no be fast enough to rattle.

Is there a kit to tighten up the clearance between the caliper and the spindle? pads and caliper are loose.

This, and don't forget to put the "anti-squeal" membrane onto the back of the pads, that helps eliminate vibration and rattling.
