Afternoon Hutch, I recently posed the question "why does my car push so hard'' after constantly losing short time i decide to pull the tranny for inspection since the replacement of the front pump was the last repair. Upon inspection of the output shaft hub i see some indentation that looks as if it were made for some type of key. I am trying to post the photos for your viewing. On the outside of the hub it looks as if something was sheard off. On the inside there is a squared grove. Since no additional parts came off of the hub i am wondering what this is. Could this groove on the inside be for oiling? The hub does look worn so I will compare it to the new one when it gets here.
