Blew up a 632 today. I work pits for a racer in Iowa. It seems very hard to find a block for our motor so I'm trying to put feelers out if anyone might know where to find one.

It needs to be 15 or 16 to 1 high compression alcohol motor
Pretty sure hes talking about the deck height not compression........
Anyone responding to the 10.2 dart comment with a compression ratio doesnt have a clue. Probably another bot.....

Maybe I am confused. I am just working pits for a guy and trying to help. Any help steering me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

My 598 Merlin 3 (10.2) and the Dart (10.2)... I run nothing less than the L19 rod bolt The rated Advertised as listed pending what head is used. My true compression height on the Merlin 3 (598) 10.2. is 1.245. The Dart 632 (10.2) is 1.120. Both 5 in the hole.Blocks are very hard to come by. Both are 4.600 bore.. 8740 rod bolt ..." absolutely NOT"
This is with a BMF/CFE 385 head. No matter what combo you decide. Make sure the pistons are revealed for proper plug clearance also.This will prevent a common problem of closing up plugs.
