I had been running Schubeck lifters because of the block clearance issues running a roller cam. I tore down the motor for winter inspection and found all but 5 lifters either coming apart or cracked. I was running 195 on the seat and 485 open with fresh springs.

Moving forward I wont re-do this engine without converting to roller cam. So I am wondering if anyone other than ShaddyDell has a cnc program for this procedure?

I may come to the dollar and cents point where I have to punt and build a big block.

I am open to all suggestions, just trying to talk this out so I make the right decision for me.

If you want to stay with the 59* stuff, just bore out the lifter bores, put a key way bushing in, and use a key way lifter. You need to bush the lifter bores anyway.
