I'm sure that Jim checked it on the 521 build, and when I get my block back to my little shop I'll make sure that the lifters are not clanking around any. And if you have the need to bush the lifter bore you might want to think about going to a larger dia. lifter so you can run a more agreesive cam lobe profile and have a larger wheel and axle.

My little build is and will be one on the cheap and with good parts on hand.
Depending on what block and what lifters you may actually have to run a hone in the lifter bore.

You could be surprised if you are using new lifters. Sometimes they come in a little over.

Roughed it into pipemax to match the dyno numbers more or less. To make close to 800 hp with this engine you would need more compression and a cam that would peak close to 6500 to 6800 rpm.

ok i firgured with those heads the dominator intake and shear plate it would have a few more rpm . and there probably is next round .
