Notice is yesterday when I was out for a drive. It shakes the whole car really bad. Only when entering od tho. Guy told me it was the convertor lockup not working properly. Dose this sound right to everybody, and where do I start to fix this problem?

When I was a Ford tech our Ford instructors in KC turned us on to that crap. IT REALLY WORKS. Cheap too, and most parts stores have it.

What year/make/model
It is a common thing. SHudder stop additives work wonders.
ANother alternative is service the transmission with new Mercon V

I had to add some shudder stop to the wifes 05 Expedition just this weekend - it is still acting up a little, I will give it a few more days before I just service it fresh and start over. ANother method might be to tune the PWM on the lockup apply to make it faster - but that would be experimental at this point.
