Just finished up a 4R70w into my 03 cobra. Set it shifter in D and nutral and checked it in all gears. I would rule out shifter adjustment. No matter if u start in 1st or 2nd the trans is in 2nd. There is no shift on the 1-2 just always in 2nd. The 2-3 and o/d switch work flawlessly as does nutral and reverse. The Valvebody is a full manual from silverfox. Any help would be great.

Wow, if only all transmission problems were that easy to solve....

Pretty sure a hole I block/fill in the separator plate popped loose and is bleeding pressure that is routed to lock a valve closed. It is the only conclusion I can come to at this point until I get the VB back. In the mean time a replacement is shipping out ASAP. Guilty until proven innocent right!
