I've toying with the idea of trying something on one of my 4L80 builds. It is an ECM controlled unit with a D3 transbrake. Could I, or would you advise, wiring an interrupt relay in the feed to the EPC to facilitate higher immediate pressure at wot? Or am I nuts for even thinking about this. This is a street driven ride making around 1000hp.

Yes,
It will react quicker, setup quicker, etc.

I added that to the instructions some time ago.
I also have a "mechanical modulator" that we use on many builds now.
Thanks Jake! Its wired now to interrupt the current to the epc while on the brake. I just need to use a wot switch I guess to interrupt current anytime the pedal is on the floor.
