So my setup is about to change. I'm looking to possibly go bigger. My question is will a allpro245 headed 440ci sbc be able to run in the 4.80-4.90 range?

833 ft lb 8200rpm is what I came up with high 4.7 low 4.8 2850pds.

I just assembled this All Pro RR big bore 427 sbc, it'll see duty within the next couple weeks.

1250hp required to run 4.80-4.90 at 2900lbs. It's going to have to be a pretty serious N/A build to get there.

N/A 632 BBC spread port heads. 1200 HP minimum. Most SBC builds a common man can afford top out around 800 HP, cost as much as a BBC and are higher maintenance. JMO.

The OP isn't talking N/A, I'm sure.
