What is the ideal compression I've heard anywhere from 8 to1 to 10.5 to 1 need some input for this build

My build is the same 410 lsx but with a xb105 and we went with 10.5 to 1. I am going to use c16. This is my version of a all out heads up build but opions will vary. Good luck. Give more details for better answers on here.

10.5:1 sounds good to me if not more! You could run E98 and be well over 11:1 safely I would think with proper cam timing and ignition timing.

Our turbo E85 A/W intercooled combo is a 10:1 but we wanted it concertive. We were recommend by the piston manufactur that a lot of builders are going as high as 12:1.

As has been said, just stick with 10-10.5:1 and let the blower do the work for you. No point in goin' much higher with the already boost-friendly characteristics of E-85, unless you just wanna' be able to tell the 10:1 guy that "I've got 11:1!"

I would be careful on compression. The LSX is sensitive to compression and timing already.

I have a 388ci LSX engine with an F1R and 11.5:1 compression. It's got a narrow tuning band.

I'm building a new 427 engine and it will be 9.5:1 with an F1X

can you get a little more agressive with fuel inj and the knock sensors, exhaust sensors working-i always ran carbs, so i had to do the timing and jetting
