What is the ideal compression I've heard anywhere from 8 to1 to 10.5 to 1 need some input for this build
Gott'em by an inch!lol:smt081As has been said, just stick with 10-10.5:1 and let the blower do the work for you. No point in goin' much higher with the already boost-friendly characteristics of E-85, unless you just wanna' be able to tell the 10:1 guy that "I've got 11:1!"

E85 is your friend tho better than gas for detonation.....I would be careful on compression. The LSX is sensitive to compression and timing already.
I have a 388ci LSX engine with an F1R and 11.5:1 compression. It's got a narrow tuning band.
I'm building a new 427 engine and it will be 9.5:1 with an F1X
