what headgasket are you guys running with a similar combo...408w afr225s and at most a 250 shot...

Neither the block or heads are o-ringed....

I ran a 9331-PT on my 359 and never had a problem...but the 408 is going to make a just a wee bit more power.

Your opinions are appreciated!

we have a couple of 408s one with vic jrs one with track 1s both with comectics or felpro mls,and we run 400-500 on them with no probs

I used the 9333pt1 on a 275hp shot and 11:1 compression with no problems.

Just use the 9333PT-1's. I have used them for years on my 408 and never had a problem. I sprayed about the same and had 1 full point more compression.

13.5.1 sbf with a bunch of spray with cometics. Never had an issue. I've reused these gaskets 4 times already and still have no problems.

Just curious, why not the Fel Pro MLS? I have had zero issues with mine even when I tried spraying 450.
