I have a 2002 Expedition with a 5.4, and I want to up the HP. What do I need. This is my daily driver, and I want it to still have its street manners, and be able to still edge it to and from work everyday.

there are different ways to do it. for the best street manners, a set of trick flows would work pretty well on something like that. i have a set on my 298 ci mod. heads are as cast and i'm using the pro products intake manifold and modular head shop stage 2 nitrous cams. it made 332 rwhp at 5700 rpm. makes good torque from about 2500. on a 5.4 i would think you could make that power around 5200-5400??? not sure what you are looking to spend, but that is my $.02
