I am in the midst of picking rotating mass for 347 stroker. Already have Scat crank. Have selected 5.4 rods and all that is left is piston selection. There are 2 pin sizes available. .912 and .927. Is there an advantage to either one or any disadvantages?
not to steal the the thread but, lets just say you were building alittle more of an all out engine could you save some rotating weight by stepping up to a thinner .990 bbc pin?
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
