Bought 300 rnds of 9mm and 5.56 from these guys. Received the 5.56 but the 9mm never arrived. UPS said there was a problem with the delivery.
2A warehouse says right on their website that shipping insurance is mandatory due to lost packages shipped UPS but that is all they offer.
Filed a claim with UPS and they denied stating the the product description was insufficient. Bullshit. I used 2A warehouse description.
2A warehouse ignoring my request for a refund or a new shipment.

About to go ballistic on both UPS and 2A warehouse.

Thoughts?

Very simple

Call the Credit Card company and file a dispute. Item NOT received. My SIL is a director that runs merchant processing

The obligation falls on the shipper/seller to PROVE you got what you paid for. Obviously they cant = easy win for you

Plus, only the shipper can file the UPS claim iirc. Thats a dick move by the retailer.

Leave a google review so others are forewarned

Finally got a response from 2A warehouse. Should have a refund ina few days. If not I'll put them on blast on every site I can find.
