Anyone ever switch from a 24degree head to a 12degree head single carb. Was it worth the switch or would you just spray more to your 24degree setup. Lets hear your thoughts.

12* will make more power but there's alot to change.If you are spraying it make sure you get the chamber softened.Total hp will go up for sure.

i priced out switching from my bmf 385 to full cnc big dukes either the sweet 16s or the kc pb 1803.with everything including,machine work hone ect and pushrods,new offset lifters,rockers ,intake.complete heads w/titainium valves,pistons,cost was over 15k.if your just gonna stick with cast intake single carb and wet sump its probably not much more than 100hp.just my take i still have the bmfs lol.
