** The best 8 points races will count towards the year end championship.**
***A maximum of 3 races from Cecil County Dragway will count for each racers total (YB will still count as a fourth race)***

The Atomizer Racing Injectors Outlaw 10.5 National Points Championship will be earned by the competitor with the highest points total of 8 races at the end of the final points race (11/11/18 Orlando World Street Nationals).

The championship purse will be $7,000, and the Atomizer Cup, the Trophy will be given to the points champion at the conclusion of the Orlando World Street Nationals Race (November 11, 2018). The trophy will be given to the competitor that earns the Atomizer Cup for that season, and at the end of each subsequent year. The previous winner’s name and year earned, will be a permanent placard on the trophy.

We are working to obtain additional support for the Championship purse and will announce those when they are completed. Our plan is to have a points payout through the top ten in points.

We would like to thank Tom Kundrick and Mickey Thompson for their previous support for the Outlaw 10.5 class for the 2014-2017 seasons, and being an integral part in the birth of the National Series.

If anyone has questions, or needs clarification on the points structure, please send an email to [email protected].

Just want to shout out to Jim Halsey and everyone at Cecil County for his support of 10.5 and the Series. We had a discussion about not running 10.5 at the opening race in April so we could have the opportunity to open the season with the PDRA at the Galot race in April. He agreed, and I personally think this is a big deal for our class.
