Hey all,
I’m putting together a 2001 LQ4 to go in a 1981 Malibu. It has 317 heads, 228/230 .585 lift cam, stock bottom end, decapped Delphi injectors, getting attached to a th400 with 3200/3500 stall converter, 3.83 geared tubbed Ford 9 inch. Hoping to get 750 horse without tearing to much apart. Will be primarily a street car. What turbo and flange size would you guys suggest and is there any other issues you might see so far. Thanks for your time.

BW S480 would be a good fit for your combo. S480/1.32/96. I run the original hooker LS conversion manifolds on my Chevy II. Well built, durable, and have supported 1060 on my 5.3. And they're cheap. My hotside is 2 1/4 all the way to the T6 flange.
