2-3 times a year I may me making a simmered 30 lbs of spare rib pot. Trying to do a search online Amazon is irritating. 30-50 dollar, then 400 dollar pots, I'm thinking SS because of lack of use. What would your suggestions be? Thank you

I would go SS just because of the reactivity of aluminum. I bought mine at Gander Mountain a few years back for around $100

I bought this fry pot recently and its pretty nice quality.


They have a bunch of stock pots.

I have a couple big aluminum ones. One for outdoor burner duty and one slightly smaller for indoor. Both work fine for what little I use them, cheap too.
