Push the shifter forward

Mount this at the back of the shifter so it's engages in low. I've done one for the same kind of brake for a th400 and first gear lockout.

Never mind I’m full of shit. Can’t bump with the setup you have. I used the switch above to trigger/release a two step though.

I don't understand your setup.
Are you saying your TB is armed only when in first gear and then there is a seperate TB button for staging?
If so, then it will wire up just as shown. The switch in the shifter is your arm switch and everything else is the same...

It is hydraulic no solenoid.

It’s a Stage Right Hydraulic trans brake so I guess a bump box is out for me

This is kick ass. I tried to do this about 2-3 years ago, but had used a PWM controller instead of the timer. The trans brake just couldn't meter pressure well enough with the PWM so it was jerky as hell and really didn't work.

This is a nice way to do it, thanks for sharing.
