Truck is 3vze, 4wd, 5 spd

replaced a leaky powersteering pump today.

for those that think im nuts, the ps pump/pressure works in conjunction with the rear abs.

now my isssue, after doing this pump i get a light buzzing/pulsation in the brake pedal and an audible noise. Im assuming there is air in the module somewhere? can i bleed it without that sts tool. No abs light either.

any suggesting to fix this odd bastard lol

Have had no luck at all with aftermarket/reman PS pumps on Toyotas. Source a good used or repair the original.

I deleted mine, at least I think I did. I have not driven it since, plus it's got a ls and 4l80e in it. It is a crazy system. I have the same exact truck.

I take it the condition was not present before replacement. Was it a factory pump or aftermarket.

yup, I misdiagnosed it, it was a DOA pump.

shoulda known... trying to help a neighbor out, and of course noone wants to pay 425 bucks for an OEM pump
