I have a 72 chevelle single 95mm 377.. The rear is a 33 spline moser axles and spool. I had a stock gear in the car when it was a n2o car. 100 of passes on it and I tried to tune it in drive with the new set up and the ring and pinion turned to glitter.. I thought ok old gear.. I got a new yukon gear and installed it.. It installed at .007 back lash and was only .001 off on the pinion depth from what they stated it should be.. So now out for somemore tuning. Everything did great. not a sound.. I made a few drive pulls and not a sound... So made a low gear pull from around 20 mph held it into drive.. The rearend started making noise when i let off?? Took the cover off and there was glitter in the oil again and the lash was at .0015 now??? The car was making around 10lb of boost and guessing about 850 hp Idea please

Are you still runnin the stock bearing caps? They are weak. I would bet the driver side cap is stretched. I use Mark Williams caps on both sides.
Are you using a girdle cover? If not, get one.
