Does anyone here run the Hoosier 10.5 x 29.5 tire, 18194 C11???

How does this tire compare to the 3062S M/T.

I'm not real find of M/T tires anymore, been running Hoosiers for a while now.

Just looking for some feedback on this Hoosier tire.

Preferably a 3000+ lb car running in the mid 8 second range (1/4 mile), but any feedback would be appreciated.

Great guys and we had a c9 compound that worked great but that c11 good luck with the tire shake we could not get it out.

How 'bout the Goodyear? Alot of the NMCA X/S and P/Stk guys seem to like it.

The 18194's work well, but I will warn you, they are LARGE.
They will not pass most guages.

We ran them for one season. They added 25#'s to that tire, so we switched to MT's.

3062s is the prefered tire in Pro Stock, but it all depends on the combo, some hit the tire harder with weights from 2650-3500+. You find what works best for you.
I personally recommend the M/T brand, after 25 years we've have had excellent results.

3500 lb car... Mid 7's.. 3062s work good for me. I've never tried the Hoosiers.

I always had better luck hooking that Hoosier but didn't want to carry the 50# penalty for it since it was 0.75" wider and 1" taller than the 3062S.

3120 lbs. Prefer the m/t never could get tire shake to go away on the true ten Hoosiers. Tried 3 sets before going back to mickeys. 4.80s-4.90s car nothin fast haha...
