all the Calculators seem to be for 1/4 mile then you have to a chart that shows what 1/4 mile time is in an 1/8 mile time ? but none that help figure RPM = gear +tire size at 1/8 mile mark ? so if you want to max rpm out in the 1/8 say 7200 what gear with tire size......

You just need to know your 8th mile mph and what rpm you desire and figuring out the gearing is easy from there. 336*final gear*mph/ tire diameter.
