QFT. Calvin likes to ask "why would you do anything to your exhaust that you wouldn't do to your intake?"

Unfortunately, most of the time the exhaust is the last thing that is thought of during a build. The truth is that it should be considered just as important and taken into account as part of the whole.

Calvin has also told me some great stories of Nascar and engine development programs that he was able to be involved in. There are several funny stories about the #24 team as well as others.

I always thought so. Until the air is back out into the atmosphere, it's still "in the system".

Notice on this RO7 Cup design the lack of welds near the head and still large radius bends. Maybe that doesn't do it for some but that is header porn for me...

Not sure how to get images on this board. Preview shows the link so will try it out.

You must first upload the images to a host, such as Photobucket. Then copy and paste the IMG code here.

Here are directions from FAQ on Board. I can not find the "attachment" option on my computer?

How do I attach a file to a post?

To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file. To upload a file from another URL, enter the full URL for the file in the second box on this page. Once you have completed one of the boxes, click 'Upload'.

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window. You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

What files types can I use? How large can attachments be?

In the attachment window you will find a list of the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. Files that are larger than these sizes will be rejected. There may also be an overall quota limit to the number of attachments you can post to the board.

How do I add an image to a post?

If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert pictures from your albums (?) in this way too.

yeah. It doesn't work that way. You need to host the image on an image hosting site. It can be any size. Then in your reply you click on the "add image" icon (it looks like a little mountain and sun) and copy/paste the url for the image there. I usually use "post preview" to make sure the image(s) transfer.

Kind of proud in the fact that there are some very talented people touting the headers of Calvin, In 2013 I discovered Mr. Elston and called and explained my project, As he states he is semi retired and picks and chooses the jobs that interest him. The Sb.2 in my camaro generated his interest and he agreed to do my headers. The wife and I arrived at his shop on a Sat night and spent the night in his parking lot. Sun morn a phone call to let him know we were there and he and a friend arrived to unload the car and place in his shop. Mon afternoon I arrived and the left header was complete setting on the floor, Calvin said you can pick the car up tues afternoon. 2 days and a really nice set of headers. Not only did I get a custom set of pipes the conversation was also an experience. Anyone that gets a chance to talk to, and purchase a set of his headers will get to see his passion and skills. Can't wait to see how they work this year. Note how many other header builders recommend that at the end of the season you sent them back for a tune up ( check welds and pipe fitment ) to preserve your investment? Thanks Calvin for your talent and help.
