I go on there once in a while to talk shit in the SRK. Thats about it though.

I didn't think the CalTracs would effect the ride as much as they do, this thing rides almost as stiff as my 64 with ladder bars. Oh well, it's worth it, no other chassis mods, and a 1.78 short time with a cam only 5.3!

For a daily I'd suggest getting rid of the spool, 4.10's, and CalTracs.
For a second there I thought about how I would fly out to Montana, buy it from you, and drive it back to Maryland.

Come on out, you've never partied til you partied in MT!! Something tells me the 4.10's would make for a loooooooooong drive back to Maryland.

What do you guys think is a fair price for this car, it has 80k miles, goes 12's on motor, maybe a high 10 on spray, body is straight as an arrow, needs a little attention in the interior, but otherwise is a very solid car, no rust anywhere. I'd like to get more than 5k, but I don't know if it's worth that or not.

Yeah, it would be a long drive back for sure. lol I just made an 7 hour each way drive to Ohio and back this past weekend in the Focus and that sucked. 4.06 gear + 25" tall tire. At least it has overdrive though. I was still cruising at 3500rpm the whole way there and back.

I had the same thought too...I'd trust driving that thing across country to CT.

I drove a salvage title SRT10 Ram Viper Truck from Kentucky to Washington state a few years ago. Bought it on eBay for $20k back when a non-salvage 2004 Viper truck was going for $32k!

5k sounds about right. Its solid and has a nice powerplant. I think the only thing holding it back is the "undesirable body style", but as you know, I like "ugly" stuff, so that wouldnt bother me, personally.

Hell yeah dude, it's a very solid car, new brakes all the way around, the rearend only has about 30 hits on it, only thing I haven't done is an alignment. This car probably never saw the high side of 55 til I bought it.

Disco Novas are actually getting popular around here, there are more of them at the tracks around here all the time. This one fucker I know has one with less than 20k miles!! He only gave $1500 for it too!! It was the same color as mine, but they painted it black, it's a beautiful car!

I know another guy that has a 75 or 76, can't remember, he's had it since 84, and has had the same 454 in the car for 22 years!! It's a cool ride.

All right fucker, no free hood for you then if you're just gonna sell the car in six months!
