Everything looks good except the beer. I hate PBR beer. Used to drink the stuff in high school and there is a distinctive taste I don't care for in it. Thought it had almost gone out of business except now it seems to be back bigger than ever.

still trying to figure out this Chili Colorado thing. This time I grilled up some country style ribs, rather than searing them in the pot. also, I don't believe the original recipe was intended to be spicy, but i had a few little chiles in the freezer that I wanted to use. House smells DELICIOUS.

couple hours to go...

I think I left it on the grill about 30 seconds too long each side. Did it for about 4 min one one and maybe 3 1/2 the other.

Came out tasty. Salt, pepper, old bay and some sesame oil.

Nice grill marks. Easy to let it go a bit long to get the color but certainly adds to the presentation. Try the oil and baking soda trick next time to see if it colors well w/o overcooking. If anything will ruin good tuna, it is too much fire.

I have to look up that trick.

I think it still would have had good grill marks with a bit less time, I haven't grilled Tuna much so it was a bit of guess work inexperience for me.

This is some I did grilled using baking soda and olive oil prior to grilling. Definitely helps with coloring it up.

Works well with Salmon also.

My preference for tuna because it has such little fat is pan searing.

Great color out the outside and very rare in the middle which for me is how I like my Tuna.

That last plate is how I'd have preferred it as well.

That was also the bomb Tuna. Look at the Ruby color and no connecting tissue. That quality is hard to find. Hey, been loosing a few lately, that one I definitely won. What's the phrase............? Melts in your mouth!!!

Did a better job tonight

Marinated with SoyVey Tereaki, served with grilled eggplant and zuccini, grill roasted mini potato and fresh corn on the cob.

The soyvay sauce is great....the have an island teriyaki version too....I'm not a huge salmon fan,but ate some at a rehearsal dinner that was marinaded in the soyvay and then grilled and it was great.

There has always been some in the pantry since.............about 5 bucks a bottle where I'm from.

Yea, saw that other flavor today as well, the regular size bottles were on sale for $3.50 locally, so I picked one up to try out. Big hit with the wife and daughter
