Default Modify Existing WTA Intercooler

I have a water-to-air intercooler from Frozenboost I need to have modified, it has 1 inlet and 1 outlet, I need an additional 3.5" inlet opposite of the current one welded on in order to run twin turbos. What intercooler fab shop could handle this job without charging an arm and a leg? The intercooler has 3.5" inlet/outlet (type 15).

Thanks
Mike

Don't know if you saw my PM; offer's still open. I'm in Montgomery Co, MD - you could drive it here.
