Default New frypan

Bought a new Graniterock frypan. Cooked a few things on it and works well.
What's the lowdown with cleaning,right now just been wiping it out with soapy water and rinsing.

Toss up between the green one or copper....went with the copper......rinse off and throw in dishwasher.....I use it all the time.....

I prefer to eat oxides of iron over non stick coating(s) made from god knows what.
