Default Waterpump Gaskets with motor plate LS

Cross posted : For you guys with LS motors and motor plates, what are you using for water pump gaskets? Stock rubber (kinda thick?) or have you found a better option?

Not an LS, but I machined mine on both sides for Orings, put a little grease on em and no problems,

I haven’t tried them yet but I’m planning on using the lt style water pump gaskets as there solid metal.. I can’t figure out to post a pic of them but there Gm part #1265-7430
