Default Wheel alignment

Is there any difference in wheel alignment from a street/strip car with skinnies to a normal everyday vehicle?

Yep, street strip usually will will usually run around 0 for camber, street cars run negative for handling.

We run more caster as well. For a street deal we will normally run 2-3* of caster, .5-1* on the camber. Race stuff will be 6-8 on the caster, 0 or .1 on the camber depending on what it does throughout the travel.

For a street/strip vehicle, go with the stock specs. It is always a good idea to place some weights, equal to your body weight in the drivers seat during the alignment procedure.
For a race only vehicle, more caster is recommended as well as checking and correcting any bump-steer. Correcting bump steer can be a major project, however the results are very worth while.

Some people go the extra mile for a drag only setup and jack up/raise the front end to simulate weight transfer and the car's stance going down track.

I run as much caster as I can . 1/16" of toe in

The track is where it counts . But handles just fine on the street
