Some variables are needed to figure that out.
Cog drive or crank drive ?
Those will have very different costs.

Street or race ?
Intercooled ? Air to air or air to water ?
Desired fuel?
Desired hp and et Goal ?
What do you have for existing fuel system?
Existing ignition system ?

Do you have a cam, converter and rear gear for it already?

Stick shift , I would not do a gear drive with 1000hp. Save the drive and blower. Use a big lower 10 rib belt drive.

.

My biggest cost isn't the blower & fuel system, it's changing the front of the car to fit all that and the bigger fuel cell.
So don't forget about making every thing fit and changes required!!!
Dry sump pump & tank, radiator, fuel pump, fuel cell, vac pump etc etc.
