Default dead head regulator for boost?

I have a non return style fuel system on my car and have no way to install a return line. I was looking but have not found a non bypass regulator with boost reference port, any one know of a company that makes a 3.5-4psi dead head regulator that is boost referenced?
my pump is a internal bypass so does not need nor can it be setup with a return line. the reg might be but had problems running this style pump that way as it needs the pressure to steady flow.

What psi does your pump bypass at? How much boost do you intend to run?

I ran one with a blowthru carb, been a while, but thought I used an Aeromotive reg. One thing I
noticed at times was I would get a spike when the pump was first turned on, then it went normal.
